  • Challenge because it is important to challenge yourself, to see in which other things are you good at.
  • Confidence because it is important to demonstrate security, in order to gain the trust from others.
  • Decision Making because our life it is going to be the result from the decisions we made in the past.
  • Negotiation because it is important to find the way to benefit yourself, rather than others benefit from you.
  • Set Realistic Goals it is very important because you know yourself very well, and you know what are the things that you like or not. For example, if you choose a major in which you know it is something that you are not good at. As a result, you are not going to like your job. In contrast, if you choose a major that you like, and you enjoy doing the tasks that the major requires then you are going to be happier.
  • Team Work it is very important to learn how to interact with other people. This is because later on, when you get a job you will have to learn how to get along with your co-workers.
  • Stress it is important to not stree out! This is because well paid jobs will ask you to be multitask, and for that you will have to be able to remain calm. In order, to not make bad desicions.
