My name is Vanessa Roman. I moved to Poway California two years ago from Tecate Baja California, Mexico . Tecate is a very small town, which is 40 minutes far from Tijuana Baja California. Althoough, Tecate, is a small town it is very well known bacause of his beer and bread. People from abroad the world come to Tecate to visit the beer factory, and also to taste famous wines such as L.A CETTO. Around Tecate, there exist plenty of ranches where people have alot of animals such as cows, horses,chikens, rabbits, lambs.. Tecate bakers have become very famous because of the way they prepare the bread. This is because Tecate bakers use ovens made of bricks, and they feed them with firewood. This tecnique has made tecate bread very famous because of his unique form of being prepared.
