TEQUILA!
Mexico has many drinks, but in Jalisco one of the most popular in drinks is Tequila. In Jalisco, there is a city called Tequila, because it is the Tequila's house. There is the best Tequila on the world. We can drink Tequila whenever we want. Tequila is from the fermented juice of agave plants Also, you can drink Tequila with lemon. When you come to visit Mexico, you can try to drink Tequila.

Just a day before I joined the military, I had about 7 shots of Tequila mixed with bear. I still do not know what happened to me that night, but I found myself lying on a couch in next morning. But, even though I passed out because of Tequila, I still enjoy to drink it with a lime and salt.

There was a guy who was drinking Tequila. After he drank one shot of tequila, he squeezed lime to his eye, and sniff the salt with his nose.
My friend told me that is called "Tequila Stuntman" which I would never do it.
Sangwon, I heard that it is dangerous to mix alcohol with beer. When we have the guests at our house, we always provide only food because my husband does not drink alcohol. Recently we invited a couple who were our neighbors. Our neighbor who is a Mexican brought a beautiful bottle of Margarita. He asked me a narrow glass, salt ,and lemon. Then he put salt on the edge of the glass with the Margarita. He said that it is tradition in Mexico to serve Margarita with salt and a slice of lime or lemon. Also, he explained that salt makes weaker the "burn" of the Margarita and the sour lemon or lime balance and enhance the flavor better. Unfortunately we did not have a lemon, and he said, "Don't you worry, salt is enough." He was in a good mood because he enjoyed the Margarita , food, and our company. Although he finished this bottle himself, he was not drunk.
